Qdos Broker & Underwriting Services (QBUS) is an insurance intermediary, part of the Qdos group of companies which has been established for over 20 years. In recent years Qdos has been listed as one of the fastest growing privately owned companies in the UK.

Known for its innovation and provision of both general commercial lines and niche market insurances, QBUS arrange and facilitate the provision of legal expenses insurance, commercial lines and motor add-on insurance.  With a proactive approach to the market QBUS also provides claims handling services for some of the world's largest insurers.

Qdos employs over 70 people across two offices in Leicestershire and has separate operations in South Africa, Belgium and other European countries.

Opportunities

A number of opportunities are available at Qdos' head office in Earl Shilton, Leicestershire, which contains the claims, underwriting, sales and compliance divisions.

We offer apprenticeships, internships and work placements that combine on-the-job training with a structured and tailored induction programme, early responsibility, exposure to all other departments and personal professional development through support in attaining relevant CII qualifications.
