Veritass

Veritass was founded in 1990 by Alison Jenkins.  The original office was based at her home in Sutton in Craven and they relocated in 1998 to Main Street, Cross Hills in Yorkshire.

2006 saw the acquisition of Wadsworth & Co Ltd, who had been trading for 30+ years and this resulted in the addition of a further office in Oakworth.  Alison Jenkins had been employed by Wadsworth's way back in 1979; it was her first experience in insurance.

Veritass now operates from the premises in Oakworth, Yorkshire and maintains a broad client base, spread across the UK.

A culture of providing exceptional customer service and a clearly defined policy for treating customers fairly has been prevalent throughout Veritass' history and will always remain at the centre of the company.

Veritass specialise in business insurances and have access to the major insurers as well as specialist markets.  They arrange and provide advice for businesses large and small and the range of products we provide include Fleet, Liability, Professional Risks, Motor Trade, Contractors and we also have expertise in dealing with the requirements of charities and owners of heritage buildings.

We provide training and development for all our employees and it is a  condition of employment for all employees to participate in our continuing professional development scheme.
