Beans or has beens?

Business Link highlights the risk involved in a world where we can have any fruit, whatever the season, and goods are transported by air, sea, road, rail, pipe and cable. Whether you're buying or selling goods to or from the international market, there is always a risk that they may be damaged, lost or delayed in transit.

If importers couldn't take out insurance against their cargo being destroyed then it's likely they wouldn't risk it, leaving us only with fruits and vegetables currently in season. Turnip stir-fry anyone?
