About the CII
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is the world's largest professional body for those working in insurance, risk and financial services. It works hard to ensure that its members have the right skills for the job, setting exams for those within the profession from awards and certificates to Chartered status and Fellowship.
The CII launched Discover Risk as a way to promote the risk profession to students at school, college and university. The site is a one-stop shop for anyone interested in the risk profession, including those seeking a job in it.
We are about to launch a new membership level, specifically for full-time students at university. The new level will offer the usual benefits (access to local events, access to comprehensive online resources) as well as soft copies of standard member communications.
