Three London roles at Pacific Life Re - apply!

Three London roles at Pacific Life Re - apply! Pacific Life Re may not be a name you're familiar with, but it's a global business that works with insurance and reinsurance companies to manage risk.

As its name suggests, the risks it specialises in are related to life assurance (eg Critical Illness, Income Protection) but its expertise goes well beyond these areas.

The company's head office is in London - not in the square mile as you may think, but just by the Tower of London.

It now has three roles that graduates and non-graduates alike can apply for. Details below:

Operations Assistant
If you are a school/college leaver (or graduate) and you want to put your organisational and communication skills in to practice, the Operations Assistant role could be just the right thing for you. It's a great way to understand the business across departments and build your network. You will certainly be comfortable with numbers and will have good attention to detail.

Sound interesting? Here is the job spec.

Reinsurance Analyst
If you already have an understanding of reinsurance principles then take a look at this role. You will be carrying out a wide range of tasks within the business from credit control to data analysis. The chances are that you will already have some sector experience under your belt for this role.

Take a look here for more.

Pricing Actuary
If you are a graduate with a maths, stats or actuarial science background, and you are qualified (or nearly qualified) with the Institute of Actuaries, this could be your ideal role. You will be involved in pricing activities for the business across teams, from providing support for quotations to developing pricing guidelines for the business.

Here is the full job spec.

Good luck with whichever is the best fit for you. To apply please email your CV to careers@pacificlifere.com quoting DR10.
