XL Catlin graduate scheme now open

XL Catlin graduate scheme now open XL Catlin is a global insurer and reinsurer that deals in a huge range of risks from fine art to natural disasters. It has offices in more than 25 countries around the world and is a multi-billion dollar business.

Away from the widely-seen personal lines insurance products, XL Catlin has been involved in huge range of activities including the Deep Ocean Survey, which measures and documents the unexplored deep ocean; and Oxbotica, who are paving the way in mobile autonomy, creating autonomous software that not only moves, but has the ability to see, map, and make decisions in varied and dynamic environments.

It's an interesting place in which to work - and its graduate programme is now open.

The XL Catlin Development Program (XLCDP) is a structured, two-year programme for graduates seeking real responsibility and the chance to make a real difference. The programme combines on-the-job learning with study towards an industry-recognised professional qualification relevant to your role.

The programme starts with an orientation, where you’ll learn more about the insurance profession, XL Catlin and your role in the company. Each year, you’ll join your peers for a week of formal training in both technical and soft skills. And throughout the programme you’ll spend time on rotations with teams from different areas of the business so that you can understand how the company operates as a whole and make contacts at all levels.
