Apprenticeship in Wealth Management business

Tilney may not be a well-known consumer brand, but it is a very successful, award-winning finance business. 


It manages more than £20 billion of client assets and helps people and businesses achieve their financial goals. There are some 900 people working for the business across the country. 


It now has a great opportunity for you to join its Bracknell office (not too far from London) as a Financial Services Administrator apprentice. Over the 18 months of the apprenticeship, you will build your technical knowledge of financial planning through a CII professional qualification as well as gain a deep understanding of the Tilney Bracknell office and your colleagues! 


You could even start as early as 31 July with an annual salary of £16,000 plus benefits.


Here are some of the tasks you will be undertaking:


  • Meeting and greeting external clients 
  • Communicate with Paraplanners and Financial Planners
  • Produce all client meeting packs 
  • Support the Associate team in managing the client journey 

So, what kind of person should apply for this role? You'll need the following:


  • GCSE Maths and English A*-C (or equivalent)
  • A levels (or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Office skills 
  • Good organisational skills
  • Great communication skills including a confident telephone manner 
  • Top attention to detail
  • A positive outlook 
  • A genuine interest in finance, financial services or administration
  • An appetite for further study
