St. James’s Place Wealth Management (SJP) operates an annual Apprenticeship programme. The training each apprentice receives will be dependent upon the specific role or department the apprentice is recruited into. In the past, the apprenticeship training programmes have included Accounting, IT, Marketing, Business Administration and Financial Services. 

St. James’s Place is a FTSE 100 Wealth Management Company with £85.7 billion of client funds under our management.  Since its establishment in January 1992 the company is recognised as being one of the UK’s leading wealth managers.

Apprentices are recruited into various roles within the business and are predominately based in our head office in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. This year they are also offering Apprenticeship opportunities in some of their regional offices. 

You will need to be confident with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, with GCSEs in Maths and English Grade C (4) or above and with a minimum of 2 A levels or equivalent.

For this role, you are not required to have a degree.
