Apprenticeship opportunity in Ipswich

If you would like the opportunity to work for a leading, specialist insurance broker, while receiving comprehensive training and support to achieve a recognised qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) then apply for Miller’s Insurance Apprenticeship scheme.

We offer Apprentices a full-time permanent role from day one, with the opportunity to increase your knowledge in a particular area of insurance while receiving on and off the job training.

As an insurance apprentice you will help the team to service our clients, liaising internally and externally, assisting with client documentation and processing business on our systems to meet the clients’ needs.

The role will be based in Ipswich but will involve regular travel to London where most of the apprenticeship scheme training will take place.

We work with a range of organisations, from international shipping companies and businesses operating oil rigs, to professional athletes and people needing kidnap and ransom cover.

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE Maths & English minimum grade C or 4
  • Predicted UCAS score of 240, or 96 under the new tariff system, is desirable at A-level or BTEC equivalent.

Annual wage: £18,000
