He is studying a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services, with a General Insurance route.

Jordy Savill"When the idea of an Apprenticeship was first recommend to me I really liked that I could continue my education whilst also gaining work experience.

"Working as an apprentice at Markerstudy has enabled me to learn new skills and has made me more proactive; I like to go out of my way to solve problems at work.

"Working for Markerstudy Group and studying as an apprentice with Bromley College will give me a good foundation to advance my career within the financial sector and I'd like to progress with my qualifications.

"I'd recommend an Apprenticeship to others as it enables you to gain valuable full-time work experience, plus you achieve a qualification at the same time!"

Anita Gray works at Markerstudy Group and has been involved with internship and Apprenticeship programmes at the company.

"Employing apprentices not only enables us to achieve our goal of giving back to the local community, but it also has a really positive impact on our business as we all help our apprentices to become the best that they can be.

"Capital B, Bromley College assisted us through the initial stages of recruitment by shortlisting and screening candidates. This ensured that only the best candidates were put forward for our assessment centre.

The assessor from Capital B, Bromley College is an insurance expert, which is really boosting the apprentices' development as she is able to offer them industry relevant guidance and support.

"The practical learning aspect of Apprenticeships means that the apprentices are able to take ownership of the role without going off-site to complete their studies.
Their eagerness to learn new things and their fresh ideas are inspiring."
