Hiscox graduate now responsible for a £5 million part of the business

With 100 years of underwriting heritage, Hiscox have more than 1,100 staff, with offices in 11 countries.  In the first six months of 2012, the Group wrote a gross premium of £906.4m with a pre-tax profit of £125.8 million.

One member of staff, Gavin Abbs, is a Development Underwriter at Hiscox after joining their graduate programme in 2009 and is now responsible for a £5 million part of the business (click here to read Gavin's story and to find out what it's like to work for the international FTSE 250 specialist insurance company).

Hiscox are now on the lookout for talented graduates for their 2013 graduate programme. 

Their two year programme is designed to give you immediate hands-on exposure, combined with professional study and a comprehensive training programme.

Whilst working in your allocated team you will also undertake at least three secondments across the business, in the UK and overseas.
