Fortis graduate roles - closing date 30 June

Fortis, a leading insurer, is recruiting again for its UK Associate Programme. This is the second year that the programme has run and offers graduates the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills while working on projects that have significant impact in the Fortis UK companies.

Projects undertaken by current Associates include a wide-ranging review of the reward systems within the company and recommendations which are being implemented.

One Associate has researched the use of social networking sites as a way to sell insurance and her recommendations are being developed; while another Associate has reviewed the customer service fulfilment processes and recommended changes that are being implemented.

In addition to individual projects, the Associates have a group project in which the Group CEO has taken an active interest, and receives regular feedback from the Associates on their progress.

The Associate programme is designed to provide new entrants with as much opportunity as possible to develop their skills and prepare themselves for future senior leadership roles within Fortis. The Associates attend monthly development modules covering a range of subjects for existing and future skill requirements as well as receiving quality on-the-job training.
