This programme offers exceptional training along your chosen development track. The 18 month programme combines general business learning modules and specific technical modules offering a unique and well rounded curriculum including analytical, communication and leadership skills development linked to Swiss Re's corporate principles and strategy.

interns@swissre Programme

As an intern you will be assigned to a line manager and their team, where you will take on tasks and work on projects straight away. You will have the opportunity to participate in activities that will also expose you to other business units and groups. The network events that are organized for our graduates@swissre will be open to you as well and you will get to experience Swiss Re's culture while interacting with senior executives at other business and social events.

Application timelines differ by region. When applying for an internship position, please be sure that you have a current and valid work permit for the region/country in question. The recruiting process consists of two interviews (one of them competency-based) with your future internship manager and the line manager responsible for the position. On-line application only.
