Business-focused Apprenticeship at award winner

Chaucer is a multinational company with its HQ in the City of London. 

It was the first company in the City to offer a technical apprenticeship in insurance and it's won awards for the quality of its programme, as well as awards for being a great place to work. 

The good news is that it has another apprenticeship position open - this time in its Business Services team.

You'll get professionally qualified through the CII and will build a valuable network of colleagues and sector professionals. 

You can expect to get involved in a range of work including:

  • Data Analysis
  • Due diligence
  • Regulatory returns
  • Business processes

This role would suit someone who ticked all the boxes in our Discover Risk game:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills 
  • Good thinking skills

Here is the role description in full. 

So, if you have three A levels at A*-C (or equivalent), in analytical subjects, along with GCSE English and Maths a grade B or above, apply for this role. 

You will need to email your CV and covering letter to - your covering letter will need to answer the following questions:

  • Why apprenticeship rather than university?
  • Why a central admin area like Business Services?
  • Where you heard about the role - put 'Discover Risk website'
